Dersom vi ved oppmøte oppdager at en rytter har meldt seg på et for høyt nivå og ikke oppfyller kravene for den aktuelle turen, kan guiden vurdere at det ikke er forsvarlig å la rytteren delta. Rytteren får da ikke refundert betalingen for turen

New activities are usually published 2-4 weeks in advance. We arrange riding activities in weekends and school holidays all year round, except during the Christmas holidays.
We do not reply to e-mails during weekends.
All our riding tours starts inside the riding arena, up to 30 minutes for a beginner tour.
All our guides speak English and will give you necessary information before the riding starts. Participants must also be able to communicate in basic English, or bring someone who can translate the information for them.
Not sure what level suits you best? We always recommend choosing the lowest of the two levels if you are unsure. You can read about the differences of each level in the description when you click on each tour. If it is discovered at the day of the ride that a rider has signed up without fulfilling the needed requirements for the level, the guide will consider whether it is safe for them to participate in the ride or not. If not, the rider will not be refunded for their booking.
